Mintt Services LLC is a Nevada limited liability company registered in SAM.gov (UEI: RUDQJF2HWX94) providing government procurement, logistics consulting, freight transportation arrangement, and supply chain services. We operate as a small business and minority-owned business eligible for applicable set-aside contract opportunities.

RFQ Submissions

Submitting a Request for Quote (RFQ) through our portal does not constitute a binding contract, purchase order, or guarantee of award. RFQ submissions are reviewed for responsiveness and capability fit. Mintt Services LLC reserves the right to decline any RFQ for any reason.

By submitting an RFQ, you represent that:

• You are authorized to submit procurement requirements on behalf of your agency or organization
• The information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You are not submitting classified, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted information through this web form
• Any awarded contract will be subject to applicable federal acquisition regulations and the terms of the governing contract vehicle

Our 4-business-hour response commitment applies to RFQs submitted during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm PST, excluding federal holidays.

No Guarantee of Contract Award

Nothing on this website constitutes a promise, representation, or guarantee that Mintt Services LLC will be awarded any contract, that any submitted RFQ will result in a quote, or that any quote will result in a purchase order. All awards are subject to the terms, regulations, and discretion of the applicable contracting authority.

Accuracy of Information

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from use of this website that are not governed by federal contract law will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these terms as our business or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
